Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Bob Ross and Lance Wang reported that they had not received minutes from the July 27,
2021 meeting, nor the agenda for this meeting.  Mike LaBonte said he had sent them
from his newly subscribed MathWorks.com address.  He would contact the postmaster to
see what might have happened.


ARs:
- AR: Bob Ross to draft BUG218 for source code hdr.c if-else defect.
  - Done but not yet uploaded.
- AR: Bob Ross to update and post IBISCHK BUG217
  - Done.
- AR: Mike LaBonte to build and post TSCHK2.0.1 to WIP folder
  - Almost done.


NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
Bob Ross showed the draft BUG218. He noted that the developer had confirmed that the
"if" should have been an "else if".  We approved the bug report.

AR: Bob Ross to post IBISCHK BUG218 for source code issue


IBISCHK710 development:
Bob Ross said he was not sure if the developer would write a bug report for the issue
he had found.  The parser was allowing [Interconnect Model] keywords to have spaces in
names, and that was not allowed.  Bob might write the bug if necessary, but he needed
a testcase.  The developer was done with EMD, and currently working on IBIS-ISS and
Touchstone linkage checking.  There would be an interim review release before that
was done.


TSCHK201 development:
Mike was still finalizing platform builds. He needed to update the web page once that
was done, and have others try it.  Bob suggested conducting an acclamation vote in the
Open Forum to authorize release.  Mike noted that there was no contract, so no need
to have a formal roll call vote.  Once released, Bob would distribute the source code
to purchasers.  After that, the bug reports would be closed.
